Organizational Responses
In 2020, NCAA Swimming and Diving Teams, USA Water Polo, high school swim teams and club swim teams responded to our call to bring awareness to racial social injustices and the racial disparity impacting the drowning pandemic by raising over $8,460 for water safety programming. Our goal in 2021 is $16,920. Working with Diversity In Aquatics and Counsilman-Hunsaker, the International Water Safety Foundation will continue to encourage organizations to join the Social Justice Tread annually.
